Kommentar: I've owned this sharpener now for about 2 years and have found it to be a solid sharpener - especially for the price. I do not think that you're going to get your knives to be as sharp as if you were using a stone, but it does seem to work quite well enough.

Kommentar: I use it to sharpen my everday 9" santoku knife and this product works great. I run my knife 3-4 times across the sharpening edge and the knife works like new. I have only had this sharpner for a month or so and cannot comment on the longevity of the product. A good buy if you need a decent knife sharpener at a reasonable price.
