Kommentar: This warming mat has a really soft cover. It's a LOT larger than I expected. It can cover your whole back. I pop it in the microwave for a minute, remove it & fold it up a different way, & back in for another minute. It's not too hot. Just very warm. I lay it on the back of my rocking chair & sit there leaning against it. It's just what I needed to relax my muscles.
