Kommentar: I purchased a Plantronics bluetooth headset about 2 or 3 years ago and have had EXCELLENT service. It has very clear audio for me and the other person can't tell I'm on a cell. But, in a move I lost the plastic speaker piece that goes in your ear. Well, after spending hourS and several phone calls, I had no success finding that replacement piece. Their website list a few company names and phone numbers - no addresses, that do repair and replace parts, but the couple I called said they do NOT have replacement parts. I also emailed Plantronics to get more accurate info and they just sent me to the same page where I got the inacurate info (it seemed like a generic response). I emailed them a second time asking for more info and got no response. Also, sadly, this model is no longer made. Luckily it appears they are making replacement parts available to retailers and not just authorized wholesaler/repair companies for the new models.
I decided to "bite the bullet" and order a newer one. I foolishly assumed that progress had been made in the last few years and that Plantronics was at least the same quality. The audio was not nearly as clear on my end as I had previously, so I sent it back.
Currently I am doing without a ear piece until I can find a model with excellent reviews. Maybe now that the holidays are over, I can give my search some additional time.
Bottom line... at least don't buy THIS model. I'd either pay a little more for better quality or keep your budget down and get the same quality from another manufacturer.

Kommentar: Excellent product! Great sound. LONG battery life. It is one of the few (that I have seen) that also offers linking with 2 phones/devices. The only issue is that the buttons are stiff - which can also be a plus in that you KNOW when you've pressed the button.

Kommentar: Only use this a couple of days before returning it. The call button is so stiff, it's next to impossible to press while the headset is in your ear. Even when I held the unit in one hand and pressed the button with the other, you were never sure if the press registered. The volume buttons were not this stiff though.
The one PRO I can give this headset is that I was surprised at how high the volume was. I never had problems hearing what I was listening to, whether it was a call or music from the phone.

Kommentar: The headset is a little heavy and tends to fall out when walking - the included ear clip helps but makes things bulky and hard to get into the charger. As other reviewers noted - without the pen charger your stuck. Functionally very good, pairs quickly works well. The answer button is difficult to press when on ear. Still gave the item 4 stars, high construction quality, and works well.

Kommentar: I purchased this during Amazon's Black Friday week of deals for a very low price. I can honestly say, this is one of the best headsets I've used. I'm currently using an iPhone 3G 16GB.
I was looking for a headset that just fit in the ear without having to use a wraparound hook. The included bud did the trick. It fits quite comfortably as well (there are three included bud sizes and the wraparound hook if you want to use it).
The sound quality is great. With my car's windows rolled up, the exhaust is still very loud, but my caller and I can hear just fine.
The battery life is also fantastic. I've had this item for a few weeks now, and use it regularly, but have only just charged it for the second time yesterday. The included quick charging dock is neat too, though I haven't used it yet.
Lastly, I was actually getting this to work with my PS3, since it has duel syncing abilities, but I have not got it to work properly yet. I've had to keep switching back and forth syncing. Eh, I'm probably doing something wrong.
Anyway, I would definitely recommend this product.
